Our lean and ambitious Talent Acquisition team is looking for a new TA Specialist to join our international headquarters based in Amsterdam/Utrecht. The TA team is responsible for attracting and selecting top candidates from the market and works closely together with the Central HR team and management. In this role, you are responsible to recruit for a wide range of functions. In addition to the hands-on talent acquisition activities, you are involved in shaping our future TA strategy and approach.

 In this role, you:

  • Work together closely with your stakeholders to ensure we attract, identify and secure great talent for our organization – of course within the right time at the right cost.
  • Autonomously manage your own vacancies in the functional areas that you’re responsible for, from junior to senior international profiles.
  • Know how to use the right channels to attract the right talent and don’t stop until you found the right match.
  • Role model your recruitment expertise and coach (or sometimes challenge) hiring managers on the same.
  • Work with a high tech full integrated ATS system (SmartRecruiters) including relevant TA data and enjoy extracting insights from the data you have at your fingertips.
  • Constantly look for opportunities to jointly drive an even better candidate and hiring manager experience, together with the rest of the TA team.
  • Enjoy working in a highly international and fast-paced environment.

For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Solid recruitment experience (4+ years). Ideally, you have worked as a corporate recruiter and as a recruitment consultant (including sourcing experience) and  you have a desire to further develop your recruitment skills.
  • Good knowledge of traditional routes to market and an inquisitive mindset around future methods. You like to stay up-to-date with HR market data and TA trends.
  • A positive, can-do mentality and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills. You are passionate about Talent Acquisition and make it your mission to deliver both a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Excellent English language skills and if you speak Dutch or have a good level of understanding that’s a plus (though not a prerequisite).
