For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Solid recruitment experience (4+ years). Ideally, you have worked as a corporate recruiter and as a recruitment consultant (including sourcing experience) and you have a desire to further develop your recruitment skills.
- Good knowledge of traditional routes to market and an inquisitive mindset around future methods. You like to stay up-to-date with HR market data and TA trends.
- A positive, can-do mentality and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. You are passionate about Talent Acquisition and make it your mission to deliver both a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Excellent English language skills and if you speak Dutch or have a good level of understanding that’s a plus (though not a prerequisite).
